United Machinists runs a dedicated in-house anodising line delivering finishes to MIL-PRF-8625 standards. Parts machined in-house can be anodised and ready for shipment under the same roof, cutting overall lead times by up to two weeks.

Our climate-controlled metrology lab runs two CMM systems, a 5-axis coordinate measuring machine and a robotically operated vision system, inspecting part accuracy to within half a micron.
